What should I do if I wish to close my TotalEnergies Aviation card account and reclaim my deposit?
Please email your request to close your account to us at [email protected]. Attach a photo of your card cut into two pieces, and confirm that your bank account remains active for repayment of your security deposit by bank transfer. If this is not the case, please send another RIB or bank details for an account in the name of the cardholder. On receipt of these documents, we will terminate your contract and settle your account. The security deposit will be refunded within four weeks.
