What should I do if the machine no longer recognizes my TotalEnergies Aviation card?

"If your TotalEnergies Aviation card is no longer recognized, check first whether it is still valid. If so, please contact the customer service department (cardholders only) with the exact wording of the error message, either by email at [email protected] or phone on 01 41 35 74 09. Our employees will be able to issue you with a new card. 
If there is a refueler at the site, they will be able to unblock the dispenser so that you can refuel your aircraft. They will then provide you with a completed docket."
