"To obtain your exemption, you need to provide the following documents:  

  • An original extract dated within the last three months from the Register of Commerce if your company is French, or documentary proof of your company's registration with the relevant local authorities if your company is not registered in the French Register of Commerce.  
  • The exhaustive list of aircraft used (model and identification)
  • A registration certificate for each aircraft (issued by the DGAC) recording its ownership by the company 
  • A precise description of the previous year's activity, supported with the necessary documentation 
  • The denomination of the product (27 10 19 21 00 U161 - lamp-oil-type jet fuel for use in powering aircraft, with the exception of private tourist aircraft) 
  • Estimated annual fuel consumption 
  • The list of depots selected for supply"
