TotalEnergies has launched a campaign to replace equipment at one hundred of its general aviation sites. Objective: to modernise its services and make your travel even easier.
A national campaign
"Across our 100 French sites, 260 machines (terminals and dispensers) have been replaced or are in the process of being replaced," explains Florent Bernard, engineering and technical support manager at TotalEnergies. Begun in October 2018 following a preparatory phase, this project is due to be completed in May 2019. "The new machine will improve the client experience with a more user-friendly and more functional terminal (improved ergonomics). It was important to give our aviation network a more modern image, especially as the group benefits from all the expertise of our network of road stations," says Zineb Doghmi, project engineer at TotalEnergies in charge of the campaign.
Illustration of TotalEnergies unique expertise
The way this project has been deployed is totally novel within TotalEnergies France aviation activities. The teams took inspiration from methods implemented by TotalEnergies network of road stations. Different areas of expertise have come together with the aim of constantly improving the customer service.
Simplifying the user experience
These new devices, available during the day and some even at night, have a more intuitive interface: touchscreen, in colour and bigger, the automatic fuel dispenser screens are easy to use. The user experience is simpler. "It also makes fuel management easier for the flight clubs and their managers," states Zineb Doghmi. Everything can now be viewed remotely, via internet. This evolution shows the importance that TotalEnergies attaches to customer service and it marks the start of a new era.
