Do I need a French bank account to qualify for a TotalEnergies Aviation card?

No. Since January 1, 2014, it has not been necessary to hold a French bank account to qualify for the TotalEnergies Aviation card, but your bank must be domiciled in the euro zone. 
UK and Swiss residents must provide a statement from their bank confirming acceptance of SEPA payments.
